We are working with a professional logistics partner who is responsible for the operational part of our recommerce service.
Authentification & Grading.
After arriving at our warehouse, the first station of the items is “Grading.” Here, the products are authenticated, evaluated and their condition is assessed. Our grading station is a combination of manual and technical work. The products have to be inspected manually and checked for more than 30 characteristics with the help of our own developed software.
Refurbishment.
After being assessed by our grading team, the item gets cleaned and refurbished for its second life.
Product shooting.
The garments will then be photographed by our professional photography team to be uploaded to your website.
Pricing management.
We take care of the pricing management. Based on the category, condition, and value of the new item as well as the value on the second-hand market, a price is automatically created for each item. With help of a strategic control tool, we create the best second-hand offer for your brand.
Webshop integration.
The last step involves uploading the items to your Second-Hand Shop, where they are finally offered for sale.
